Development programs may be beneficial to communities, some may, unfortunately, have substantial adverse impacts on the environment to gather information that enables planning authorities to understand the environmental effects of development projects. In doing this, we use the best available sources of objective information and carry out systematic and holistic Environmental Impact Assessments free of bias. Our assessments allow the local authorities and the community to properly understand the impact of a development project and propose effective mitigation measures.
